What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, and mobile number, used for the nag service and account notices.
• Receipt data: photos and forwarded dockets you submit, plus the categories you define. We transcribe and file them; we never perform tax interpretation on them.
• We do not collect card details on this site. No payment provider is connected yet; payment will be processed by a provider once connected.

How we use it

• To run the nag, filing, and quarterly-pack service you subscribed to.
• To contact you about your account, deadlines, and service changes.
• We never sell your data. We never share receipt data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Receipt data is kept while you are subscribed and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time and we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you may access and correct the personal information we hold about you, and complain about how we handle it. Contact: support@receiptrescue.invalid.
